ASSETS is excited to be launching a new Women’s Business Center (WBC) in Lancaster, PA, and is actively searching for a Director to oversee the activities of the center. The WBC Director will be responsible for providing training and services to entrepreneurs in the Greater Lancaster area and, eventually, throughout Central Pennsylvania. Activities of the center will include Business Start-up Courses, Business Accelerators, and 1-on-1 consulting, and other activities based on the needs of the community. Other WBC staff will include several part-time business coaches, to be supervised by the Director. We are seeking applicants with an entrepreneurial drive, relevant business experience, and a strong desire to help grow the vision of ASSETS—to transform communities through business.
